Max Walsh Heads to Macau | Backing Kiwi Golf at the Golf Masters 2025

This week Max Walsh is heading offshore to represent New Zealand at the Macau Golf Masters 2025, held June 25–27 in Macau, China. It’s a world-class event that brings together top athletes with disabilities from across the globe, and we’re proud to say Max will be there flying the Team HC flag.

Max continues to push the boundaries of inclusive golf in Aotearoa. His work ethic, attitude, and love for the game are unmatched, and this selection is a massive milestone on his journey. Watching him evolve as a player and a person has been special, and we’ll be following every shot from back home.

Also representing NZ in Macau is NZ All Abilities Golfer of the year 2023-2024 Mitchell Brown, a friend of HighCut and someone we’re proud to support. Mitch has been grinding away and earning his stripes, and seeing both these lads tee it up internationally is what grassroots golf dreams are made of.

This event is about more than just the competition, it’s about opportunity, representation, and proving that the game truly is for everyone.
