Welcome to Team HC: Kerry Mountcastle

We’re stoked to officially welcome Kerry Mountcastle to Team HighCut. 

A name that’s been making serious noise on both sides of the Tasman, Kerry brings more than just wins and power to the squad,  he brings that gritty Kiwi mentality we’re all about.

From his early days as one of New Zealand’s top amateurs to now carving it up as a touring professional, Kerry’s journey is one of patience, perseverance, and plenty of fairways hit.

From Ōtaki Roots to the World Stages

Kerry first made waves winning the New Zealand Stroke Play Championship in 2018 and hasn’t looked back. Since then, he’s picked up multiple titles on the Charles Tour, represented New Zealand internationally, and notched wins in both New Zealand and Australia, including two Super 6 trophies, with his latest coming across the ditch at the Gippsland Super 6.

His powerful game, strong mental edge, and commitment to improving every year makes him a standout on the pro circuit.

Why Kerry?

Kerry represents what Team HC is all about , a grounded, hardworking Kiwi golfer, chasing bigger goals without forgetting where he came from.

He’s backed himself through the ups and downs of tour life, and now he’s backing us, repping HighCut gear on and off the course. We couldn’t be prouder to support his journey and have him flying the flag for grassroots New Zealand golf.

What’s Next?

Kerry’s got his sights set on some huge goals in the coming months. Whether it’s pushing up the Order of Merit, qualifying for bigger tours, or just continuing to do damage at home, he’ll be doing it in HighCut.
